Psalm 139:14
When a client enters the Rapha Road program, they must have already completed the initial phase of sobriety - detox and stabilization. This means that when they come to Rapha Road, they will have at least 28-days of sobriety under their belt and are ready to start the next phase of their life.
Rapha Road is a nine month program designed for men who are teachable, hard working, and ready to get it right. We have a holistic approach to addiction recovery that starts with discipleship and includes life skills and job skills training. A typical week at Rapha Road includes daily morning quiet time, 2-3 evening classes per week, church on Sunday and group activities on the weekends. While at Rapha Road, everyone works full time with our partner, Gaylor Electric.
Towards the end of the nine month program, we work with each individual to help them develop their transition plan that hopefully includes using the trade skills they learned at Rapha Road and giving back to the recovery community.
The partnership between Rapha Road and Gaylor Electric represents a holistic approach to workforce development, addressing both personal rehabilitation and industry needs.
