Hope Grows was created as a high-quality alternative for landscaping, lawn maintenance, and light construction services. Rapha Road provides employment opportunity through Hope Grows, while also helping men and their families recover from the devastating effects of addiction.

Each year, a group of 10-12 men recovering from addiction are employed on the Hope Grows team. They live in the non-profit Rapha Road House, work shoulder-to-shoulder with our landscape professionals, and fulfill their year-long commitment to living safe and sober. These men are paid a competitive wage while also benefitting from the added healing properties of working outdoors and seeing the tangible results of their hard work. After the men complete their commitment to the Rapha Road Program, they are given assistance moving up to the next stage of their recovery. If they’re interested, they can remain employed with us (which we hope they do). And as they move on, openings are made for others fighting addiction.
If you, or someone you know, is on the road of addiction recovery and would benefit from joining a group of men dedicated to achieving life-long healing, then Rapha Road is the place for you! Congratulations to Bryan Angelini ('B') and his completion of our program. B has become a leader in the business, a mentor to the new guys in the program and his presence in the house will be missed. We have no doubt B’s mentoring and leadership will continue to have a positive impact on our program in the future. He just has to drive to work now…….which is another cool story. Thank you for setting the standard B!
Rapha Road is happy to announce that we are opening a second home for men in recovery! This home is located in Madison county. This house will have six residents and a house manager and was established in early 2022.
Meet Mo. Mo began work in recovery in 1997 at a ministry called Teen Challenge. Mo was there for over 23 years. His duties included intake coordinating, facility directing, and program management. The recovery program was based on biblical principles. Mo is also a HUGE Philadelphia Eagles fan. Welcome to the team Mo!
If you’d like to make additional contributions, our preference would be that you hire us for more work. And tell your friends about us. Alternatively, you can make a tax-deductible monetary contribution.
