Construction Services

Our construction division serves two purposes.  First, we believe construction trades are an honorable career and provide excellent earning potential for the men in our program.  Our experienced supervisors mentor and train our residents in several construction disciplines.  When men complete our program, we help them find employment utilizing the skills they learned while at Rapha Road.  Although we do a lot of in field training, our experienced supervisors ensure projects are completed on time and exceed customer expectations.  

Second, we want to be a ministry that works.  We love and need our generous donors, but we also want to provide services that create revenue that directly supports our mission.  

Rapha Road specializes in multi family construction services.  Our team leaders have over 100 years of contracting and construction experience.  We provide the following services to multi family customers.

-  Complete and partial unit rehab

-  Unit Turns

-  Trash out

-  appliance installation

-  Drywall repairs

-  Flooring repairs

-  Glazing

-  Fence install and repair

-  ADA ramps

-  Contract maintenance

-  Quarterly inspections

-  General construction services
